A project is a country that we organize for a customer. The moment a project is launched, our employees, who are connected to landowners, brokers and large platforms, start looking for your dream property.

When this is found, you confirm this in your account and we start working: Obtain documents. Organize viewings. Organize architects and negotiate the price to the lowest possible level

In addition, we organize the desired house not only from your country but from all over Europe, as we have built up our own land database with all houses.
Then we simply look for a new one. If a land is not approved for a project by a municipality or the respective government. This land is then replaced by a new one. The important thing is that the number of projects always remains the same, and we do this for you for 12 months.
Project groups are customers who are searching in one and the same region. If you join a project group, you have the advantage that we can search for larger and therefore cheaper properties for you and this group in particular, which reduces the price.
