Tiny Houses

Tiny houses are classified into mobile and non-mobile variants. The former have wheels and a trailer, while the latter are permanently installed.

The standard dimensions of a tiny house are a maximum of 2.55 meters in width and 3.4 meters in height (without trailer). With a trailer, the height can be up to 4.0 meters. The length is selectable and ranges from 5.0 meters to a maximum of 8.0 meters, with 7.2 meters being the standard length.

A significant difference from modular houses is that tiny houses usually do not have fixed electrical and water installations. This allows for immediate operation without the need for additional trades. A well-designed tiny house offers up to 24 square meters of living space, which can be easily expanded to 30 square meters with a terrace.
