We are the first company in Europe and in other countries there is the same as AirBnB but not for renting - we broker properties to customers between agents, landowners and home builders to the customer.
This happens in the form of a project or only for houses without a project.

A project is a land that we organize for a customer. The moment a project is launched, our employees, who are connected to landowners, brokers and large platforms, start looking for your dream land.
When this is found, you confirm this in your account and we start working: Obtain documents. Organize viewings. Organize architects and negotiate the price to the lowest possible level.
In addition, we organize the desired house not only from your country but from all over Europe, as we have built up our own land database with all houses..
A lead is an inquiry that we generate via our portal and then call back personally. Every customer who makes an inquiry is always called back and the Tiny Project budget is called up. So that every supplier and real estate agent knows how much the customer wants to spend on a house or land.
We combine house offers with land at the same time and therefore generate more attention in all countries on different platforms.
This is land that can be split up into several plots. Homes-Tiny.com takes care of the architects and the documents such as licenses for the customer.
A real estate agent registers his properties per account. We offer these together with houses and generate leads which we also qualify. The real estate agent receives these leads.
The agent can then contact the customer via the website (directly or indirectly, depending on membership) and we organize the viewing appointment for the agent and the customer.
The real estate agent does not have to do anything. He only has to keep the appointments that Homes-Tiny.com makes for him for the customer and is obliged to check the documents with Homes-Tiny.com at the respective municipality whether a license for a house or a kind of building permit is available. So that the customer has the security to buy a house.
The real estate agent receives valuable customers who have been previously introduced and prepared with a budget and follow-up appointment and, depending on the membership, receives a corresponding profit on the house.
Then the real estate agent receives the commission on the house sale and receives a commission from the house manufacturer for the brokerage.
In that case, the agent shares 50% of his fee with Homes-Tiny.com so that we can generate an income to pay back the client his booked project money at the end of a project. Because every customer at Homes-Tiny.com gets 50% of his project money back after a successful project.
Then the agent receives a share of the sale of the other agent's property minus 50% of the costs.
Project groups are customers who are searching in one and the same region. If you join a project group, you have the advantage that we can search for larger and therefore cheaper land for you and this group in particular, which reduces the price.
